  1. Completed Expert Application Form™, when issued
  2. Comprehensive CV with assignments, achievements and qualifications
  3. Professional biography of approximately 150–250 words
  4. Statement of expertise: primary and secondary Practices, sectors and problems solved
  5. Five to ten representative assignments with your role and outcomes
  6. Academic and professional credentials
  7. At least two professional references
  8. Availability, delivery mode, travel and geographic preferences
  9. Supporting evidence: publications, reports, portfolios, licences or work samples
