Mandate and responsibilities
Leads the Governing Board in protecting Big Dream Pointer’s institutional purpose, governance independence and long-term strategic direction. Provides oversight of strategy, financial sustainability, risk, ethics, safeguarding, executive performance and institutional succession. Coordinates the Board’s accountability relationship with the President and Chief Executive Officer and represents the Board in cultivating high-level partnerships that strengthen the institution’s credibility, sustainability and national impact.
